Final update was put on 3/10/26. Tested with PROMS version 2.3.2603.1014 and verified no unicode symbols displayed anywhere.

Initially tested with PROMS version 2.3.2602.2009, retested with 2.3.2603.310. CSM items C2026-027 and C2026-028 were added, U2026-011 was added for the user manual updates.

Using PROMS version 2.3.2602.2713, the specific items in the testing requirements tested as expected. B2025-025 and B2025-026 were submitted for additional unicode problems found during testing.

F2026-011 Vogtle Units 3&4 Backgrounds. Adjusted the section title text for the section 5.0 continue message so that it aligns with the background text on the page

B2026-012 - Global Search for Caution Step Types when they are on a step with a Note shows the Caution listed as a Note 2 when Results Style is set to Step Path

Tested with SQL 2602.0613, PROMS version 2.3.2602.615 - tests as expected in both the AOPs and AOP Backgrounds.
