B2026-066 Fixed issue of the Update RO Values button and Working Draft context menu item, not being disabled after Updating RO Values.

Version 2.3.2607.2712 - verified the update ro value buttons are disabled after updating for the Administrative tab, the Working Draft menu, and the Working Draft\Properties\Referenced Objects button.

F2026-017 Blank line was sometimes missing after the Note and Caution text. This was a 64-bit build difference that affected the text width calculations.

Tested with version 2.3.2607.1608 with July 17 formats. I verified the notes are printing correctly according to testing requirements and reviewing several other instances. mv 7/20/26

F2026-016 Robinson- created a new sub-format for a Foldout section that uses a smaller font size.

Tested the new format files with Duke's version 2.2.2502.2808. AOP-20 Foldout page prints all eight steps as expected.

F2026-014 South Texas EOP format – adjusted the Caution and Note box width. Also remove the extra space between bullets and multiple Caution/Note text

2.3.2606.3013 with 6/30 formats and 2606.2907 sql fixes. Cautions/Notes print as expected.
