Barakah requested a newly formatted Cover page section style to make room for new Corporate Logo.
The new logo will be placed at the top/left of the page and will sit outside the big box that is drawn on the page.

Tested with version 2.2.2504.1915 and May 27 formats. Box on cover pages were moved down to accommodate for the new logo. Child applicability fields are printing as expected when printed from the ribbon.
