C2025-021 Add logic to PROMS to support a special High Level Step type that is not printed.

Currently, Point Beach has an attachment in FSG-4 (Attachment B) that would currently need to be put in as a Word section. This is an RO figure in our PROMS data.

  • Would NOT allow for the entry of Cautions / Notes / Warnings
  • Maybe only allow Figures, Tables, Equations sub-step types.

Sub-step types would start printing at the "row" (y-position) of the high level step. This will allow for attachment that contain only a figure or table.

This could be useful for other plants and help reduce the need of Word sections
