B2025-039 Needed to include the Blue color to the RTF color table for formats that use a proportional font.

Tested with Version 2.2.2507.2908 and works as expected in Beaver Valley data. Verified it still works correctly in Ginna as well.

F2025-017 Created a new cover page type for Wolf Creek Single Column format.

F2025-016 fixed the Open Bullet with Blank Line "o" designator to use the greek "o" lower cased omicron symbol

Works perfectly - version 2.2.2506.2511 and 6/26/25 formats. Verified the SHE and SHEA formats.

F2025-015 Shearon Harris add sub-steps in Notes and Cautions and to add an Open Bullet sub-step type in both the EOP and AOP formats.

Updated the Word file with the correct date. It had 5/19/25, but was put on on 5/16/25.
