F2026-018
Changed the font to Arial 11pt in all Farley formats

B2026-072
Fixed bug where a Caution or Note in the RNO column would sometimes print on top of text in the AER column. – This only fixes it when the corresponding AER step does not have sub-steps as PROMS print logic does not have print metrics for the AER sub steps at the time the RNO caution/note is printed.

Tested with version 2.3.2608.1314 and 8/13/26 fonts. Works as expected in the formats tested - EOP/AOP, SAMG1, & FSG. mv 8/13/26
