B2025-042 RO Editor FST Export ParentChild whitespace

While testing B2025-037 and modifying a setpoint with parent/child values, I crashed with an unhandled exception error while trying to create the RO.FST. I was using the Braidwood ROs, Setpoints, - the first setpoint in the first group and modifying the value.

Tested with 2.2.2508.1411 and it worked as expected following the testing requirements. Doing additional testing to make sure the steps of B2025-037 worked, I crashed while creating the import of the approved version. Information given to software.
