B2025-013 PROMS –Admin Tool Tree Behavior

Found during Functional Testing: In Admin Tools Links functions, for Refresh Transitions and Check RO Links, you can select all by clicking at the highest tree level, but the only thing that highlights are the lowest level (procedures). You also cannot deselect at the highest level.

After some analysis, there similar problems in the "Delete" options. If you select the parent level item and then de-select sub items it does not behave appropriately (i.e. auto deselect the parent item).

In addition to fixing the UI problem on both the Refresh and Delete pages, this will need to go back and re-fix the original issue with Delete Annotations (from CSM C2024-005) - originally there was an issue with Delete annotations when both a parent and sub item were selected at the same time.
