B2024-079 Consistency of adding_editing_removing fields in RO Editor - Referenced Object Definition Form

In the RO Editor, it was found that editing ro fields and adding new items was not working consistently. The saving of the changes does not always reflect immediately and sometimes not at all.

Version 2.2.2410.1717 - Submitted B2024-084 for a refresh issue with the Referenced Object Definition editing and not refreshing until RO Editor is closed and re-opened (used Farley and Robinson data). Submitted B2024-086 for the Cancel button not working properly in a parent/child RO database (Used Braidwood). There was a problem using an RO Database that was converted to SQL (submitted B2024-086). Testing for the SQL database RO Definition editing has been added to B2024-086.
