When testing the Enhanced Paste/Replace, Paul came across an instance where doing a Paste Replace over an unlinked Step in a Background Document improperly linked / copied Step Number information into the pasted Step.
Tested version 2.2.2410.212 with the most recent sql fixes 2409.2611 from 10/4/24. Tested three instances from the C2017-031 requirements: Source doc: paste linked step over non-linked, Enhanced doc: paste linked step over non-linked, and Enhanced doc: paste linked step over a different linked step. Everything worked as expected.
