B2024-074 When Deleting annotations via the Administrative Tools -> Delete -> Delete Annotations, and checking if a procedure is checked out prior to deletion:
If no Number for Procedure, Display Title.
If only deleting annotations from an individual procedure, verify can check out procedure.

Tested to verify that when a user is in a procedure and another user attempts to delete an annotation type used in the set, a message displays in the Process Status panel (of the delete annotations process) that a procedure is checked out so it can't be deleted. Tested to verify if a procedure doesn't have a procedure number, the title of the procedure is displayed in the middle panel. Version 2.2.2409.2411. No issues were found.
