B2024-061
Added a null reference check in the save annotation code. Need for when Admin deletes the annotation while a user modified the text of it. This both a refresh issue on the PROMS side (we don’t constantly re-validate the data viewed in the editor, and a communication responsibility for the user who is going to delete the annotation.
