Fixes issue when creating an Approved procedure import file (from Versions context menu) from a non-Parent/Child procedure set.
This bug was caused by the out of memory fix when you right-click on a procedure with multiple units (BNPP). that fix cause this one method to no longer work when performed from a non-Parent/Child procedure set.

Tested with version 2.2.2404.2909 and verified that you can create an approved procedure to import in both regular procedures and in parent/child procedures.
