B2023-115: Vogtle Alarms – Top continue message. The Vogtle Alarms are set up differently than standard procedures/alarms – the HLS in Vogtle alarms is a section in other procedures. The top continue message is shown when:
there is a break within the HLS, for example between sub-step 1 and 2, this message only states ‘(continued)’ with no step number preceding it;
a break occurs within the first level sub-step (which is like a HLS in standard procedures) and the continue message has the first level sub-step’s tab.
there should be no top continue message if the break occurs at the HLS.
