F2026-021
Ginna EOP/AOP Format, added a high level step type called “Step with Section Num” that will parse out the appendix number from the PROMS Section Number text and use that to prefix the step numbers.

Tested with version 2.3.2608.2814 and Aug 28 formats then with Aug 31 formats. These format updates require the new executables. Verified the section letter is included with the high level step in edit, print, and in transitions. There is no period in the HLS tab. Updated Word doc was added. MV 8/31/26
