B2025-051 Quick Print Section is not automatically working unless the sections have applicability

Quick Print Section is not automatically working unless the sections have applicability (such as Braidwood), When you try quick print on a section in a regular procedure, such as Beaver Valley EOPs, you get the message that the procedure is already open unless you manually deselect the Overwrite PDF option first. Turn off overwrite pdf for sections when using quick print section. This was done at the procedure level In B2025-041. See John/Devin with questions.
