F2025-011 Format changes are needed to account for ABN procedures.

ERG changes: Adjusted circle position around continuous action steps for ERGs. Added changes to previously unused “Attachment (Step Editor)” for ERGs to correct the header and make it usable, Added new “Attachment (Step Editor) – Two Column” for ERGs. Turned off step compression – some RNOs were running close together when underlined and all caps.

ABNs:
ABNs will be similar to ERGs with a few key header / footer differences and Comanche Peak uses the word “COMMON” for ERG procedures that are for systems that both units share. However, most ABNs use “UNIT 1 AND 2” to refer to a procedure which could be used for either unit.

ABNs will have a new step type called “Initial Action” that will have a diamond around the step number when printed.

Subsections will be added Section 2.0 should have two different format type parts. First part (2.0, 2.1 Symptoms and 2.2 Automatic actions) is single column format (no header for Step/AER/RNO) This is the “entry conditions” for the section. The title of the section needs to appear at the beginning. “2.0 MODE 4 or 5 Loss of In Service RHR Train - RCS Filled”. The footer format is good and the same number (such as “2.0”) can be used for this entire part even if multiple pages. Second part 2.3 should be two column and have the same page break and step numbering rules for long steps as ERGs.

Tested with May 1 formats and version 2.2.2505.109. Changes all work as expected.
