Bug B2024-041 - When copying a procedure and pasting it within the same set or other set, "Copy of" is no longer being appended to the beginning of the procedure number. It doesn't work for Paste Before or Paste After. I used Farley and Callaway data.

I Updated the PromsSQLFixes that will have the stored procedure changes needed.
