On the Working Draft properties page, added a check to see if we need to create the folder(s) for the path typed into the PDF Location text box. Upon clicking the OK button, we check if the PDF Location folder(s) exist. If not we prompt the use asking if it should be created will do so if user answers YES, otherwise we revert back the previous PDF Location path.
