This is the initial Single, Two, and Alarm formats for Vogtle Units 3 and 4.
Purpose of this check-in is to provide the needed format structure to begin creating Alarm procedures using the importer tool.
The Alarm format is based on the Westinghouse Alarm format with modifications based the Vogtle Fleet Writer's guides and sample procedures provided to us.
The Single and Two column formats has about 80% of the format information gotten from the writer's guides.
