When restoring the open procedure tabs while starting up PROMS, don’t restore any of the Word section tabs. This was causing slow performance and would sometimes cause PROMS to either hang or exit with an error. Left the logic in the code (now just bypassing it) should we decided to more deeply troubleshoot the issue at a later time.
