B2026-031 PROMS Crash in Admin Tools Maintenance - Purge Change History

There is some disconnected data in the Manual db that resulted in an error / conflict when the Purge Change History Tool was run. Error was: The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_Parts_Items". The conflict occurred in database "VEPROMS_ACME_MANUAL", table "dbo.tblParts", column 'ItemID'.

Tested with PROMS version 2.3.2603.1211 and sql fixes 2603.1211. Ran as expected.
