B2025-064 PROMS clears the windows clipboard when closing PROMS with tabs open.

Note – This previously went through QA December 24th 2025. Lyda experienced some trouble with this and working in tables where her PROMS would crash without reporting anything to the error log but it was not reproducible. To get Vogtle out this was rolled back – to be re-tested after Vogtle went out.
