B2024-078 Bad Transition preventing editing of a substep. Can enter changed text, but then when move to another textbox, original text returns.

this was found on new Braidwood.
Rev 4 - Draft EOP Master Procedures -> EP-3 -> Main Body -> 6 e -> RNOS -> GO TO 1BwCA-3.1,2BwCA-3.1, SGTR WITH LOSS OF REACTOR COOLANT - SUBCOOLED RECOVERY DESIRED.

It was also found that and items with <CTID=__> in the Content Text were bad transitions.
