ROs containing text "->" are not resolving properly when they are in Tables (in the Customers Version from January 2023 both examples in the email have "->" not the Right Arrow symbol or the question mark)

Tested with version 2.1.2403.2215 and formats. It is correct in the edit window and therefore, I signed off on the testing. However, I went ahead and printed it and the problem of printing a question mark still exists. New bug B2024-017 has been submitted.
