B2022-072: Unit Designators not resolved on import of procedure set. The format id/format name were not included on the export of a set. Now the export code (in dlgExportImport.cs) will walk up the Working Draft (docversions)/Folder parents to find a format setting.

Out of memory exception is being written to the error log when I attempt to import the exported procedure set which was created as step one of the testing instructions. Email has been sent to software.
