Tested using the new Vogtle formats for single column. The edit window and print display and print as the Universal No symbol. Tested using South Texas EOP data. The symbol prints correctly, but the edit window shows a square with a question mark. Reported to software awaiting to hear if a CSM/GIT item needs to be reported. The generic release note was typed. The changed/additions to the user manual is not applicable to this update.

I tried this with South Texas data (HLP) and it could not display the Universal No symbol in the High Level Step of the EOPs, but it does display when that symbol is inserted in a sub-step. The Prestige Elite Tall font is used for the High Level Step. But according to the format files the sub-step should also be using Prestige Elite Tall - but it appears to be Courier New. - This does not make sense being that even the Base format uses Prestige Elite Tall. Also not this not a matter of point size being different of one step type being bolded or underlined.

This needs to be debugged to see what is going on in the editor when it creates the RTF representation of the data.
