Rich 50910d00b8 Add UserInfo property and modified code to assure a person with Reviewer security can only manage annotations created by themself. 
Added SessionInfo property to DisplayTabControl class and managed opening and closing DisplayTabItems.
Added OwnerID and UserRole properties to DisplayTabItem class and obtained owner id and setup security based on user role when opening an item.
Added property to allow forced check in of word document to ignore any changes made by user.
Removed debug code
Added methods to setup ribbon control based on user's security role.
Added SessionInfo property and events and methods to setup proper menu items to appear on the right click of a node based on user's role and checked out status of item.

Rich b634967817 Added SessionInfo property to dlgApproveProcedure and ApprovalInfo classes. 
Added SessionInfo property to DlgPrintProcedure and added checks to print routines to notify user that another user has procedure checked out with a confirmation to continue printing.
Added code to support multiuser and security including initializing security, creating user if user does not exist in database, checking in and out DocVersions, Procedures and Documents and keeping the database notified that user is still active.
Added label to bottom of PROMS main form to indicate who user is and what security they have on open objects.

Rich 46a70899bd Add code to stop the process of loading data and notify the user when there is a problem with the 16-bit data, especially proc.ini files. 
Added improvements to the code to better handle proc.ini files when they are part of a multi unit site, especially case sensitivity of elements of the proc.ini file.
The changes involve all of the stored procedures, functions and table changes to support multiuser and security configuration of PROMS.

Rich 925f18d7fb Handle transitions to Dummy Steps (Created when errors are found during migration.) 
Added ErrorLog output for invalid transitions when printing.
Invalid transitions include transitions from generic steps (Applicable to All) with a destination step which is not applicable to all.  Invalid transitions also include transitions from steps with one applicability to destination step with different applicability.
Valid transitions include generic to generic or between steps with the same applicabilty, or from a specific applicability to a generic step.

Added logic to handle setting UseISO19005_1 when creating a PDF from an MSWord Section.
Set the plot background to white if not doing compare and transparent if doing a compare.
Use Selected Slave (Unit) to create a specific version of the PDFs for MSWord sections.

Rich b19ce7c128 Changed generic ExportAsFixedFormat back to be generic and use the default value of UseISO19005_1. 
Created a new version of ExportAsFixedFormat that takes a parameter DebugStatus to set UseISO19005_1.

Rich 5271561b84 Erase the existing background (including any lines) before drawing a box. This allows boxes to be placed over curves and lines. 
Change the order of lines being drawn to support boxes being able to be placed on top of curves and lines.

Rich 4abeb80fb4 When an MSWord section is edited, the PDF created should embed all fonts that are used. 
When formats are updated, the Date/Time stamp for the Format record should be set to the Date/Time stamp of the format file.

Rich 3363a94037 When a hardspace was added before or after a "Replace Word" (IF, THEN, WHEN, AND, OR, NOT) in a table, the word was still underlined. The issue was that there was some RTF formatting which occured between the hardspace and the "Replace Word". Rich 928c390c42 Change code that documents when a SQL script is run to record it as info rather than error. 
When a PDF is created from MSWord, PROMS checks to see if an addin is loaded for MSWord 2007.  The registry key has been changed to be generically applicable to multiple operating systems.  Specifically this will now work for MSWord 2007 on Windows 7.

Rich 3e1d22674c Added logic so that MSWord 2010 and beyond uses the internal export to PDF function. 
Added logic to handle errors when a document is closed.  The code will attempt to do a close 10 times.  If it fails ten times, it will document the exception and continue.
If an exception occurs when an MSWord section is being saved, a message will be displayed that will document the error.

Disable Drag and Drop for Steps, since this code was not working properly.
Changed logic to handle folders with identical names.  The user is informed, and the code no longer crashes.
