Rich 738ea466b6 B2017-193 Added a Command Line flag /NoMRU that causes the Most Recently Used List not to be loaded. Sometimes PROMS will work for one user and not for another and the cause is something in the Most Recent Used List. This flag clears the Most Recent Used List

Rich 4d5dc34210 When a deleted RO is found in an MSWord section <SP-C.123> for example, the RO had been replaced with the text RO Not Found. If there were mutiple ROs the specific one with the issue could not be found. Now the token will be replaced with RO (SP-C.123) Not Found. Added Error handling to Import so that Change Manager is turned-on after Import whether it is successful or not.
Don't allow import if the Referenced Objects have not been selected.
Turn On Change Manager if there are no active sessions
Don't crash if the Referenced Objects are not set when you right-click on a Working Draft.

Double Underscore was being remove from group headings  This was corrected to change double underscore to a space.
Empty fields were causing the code to crash and print only a small portion of the report
