jjenko 5d5f84ce23 Added logic to handle RO Database that have the same Setpoint ID value in multiple tables – this affect reporting on all RO Databases, sorting by Setoint ID 
Fixed underline logic for instances where the underline ON is the first thing of text.  Added better error handling for X/Y Plots which is now display the plot language if the plot cannot be drawn.  When a problem occurs printing an image or x/y plot, the error text now prints in red.
Better handling of empty RO Database tables.  Now will print the message “—No Information Entered –“

jjenko beac05011e Single Col Section types now say “Operator Actions” and have a blank line after it. Added a “Single Column Procedure Steps – Last Sub-Section” which will print an end message that includes the procedure number. Added a new transition type that puts the Section Number, a space, then the Section Title. This is used for sections that have a section number with a period. The other transition types puts a comma between the section number and section title, resulting in a period followed by a comma. 2015-02-25 15:40:45 +00:00

jjenko b9c6d317c7 Logic to handle when a RO Database is selected when generating report information 
In creating a temporary (meta) file for Complete RO Report, file was sometimes not created anew with the FileMode.Create setting.  Changed to FileMode.Append and specifically delete the meta file before calling to generate it.
