John e5740d6a95 Created a Supplementary Attachment section format type that prints only the section title, does not print the Foldout on back pages, and does not have an end of section message (like the Purpose, Symptoms and Entry Conditions section type but the title is centered and it has the section page numbering) Also created a Non-Bolded Standard High Level Step type.
