Added a “Single Column Procedure Steps – Last Sub-Section” which will print an end message that includes the procedure number. Added a new transition type that puts the Section Number, a space, then the Section Title. This is used for sections that have a section number with a period. The other transition types puts a comma between the section number and section title, resulting in a period followed by a comma.
