~Added format flag NoBlankLastNoteCautionWarn to the PrintData node to address line spacing at the bottom border

I tested this by adding a note and caution to different steps and printing to verify. There is no longer a blank line between the words NOTE and CAUTION and the content of them. There is no longer an extra blank space between the last line of the text in notes and cautions and the bottom border of their boxes. No issues were found.
