added Docstyle format flag DSS_WordContentLandscaped to flag that Word content is landscaped
...
don’t change level for steps under sequentials (only under notes/cautions/equipment lists)
use Docstyle format flag DSS_WordContentLandscaped to make End message landscaped

Adjusted the length of the Attachment docstyle so that it extends to the bottom edge of the page boarder (box)

Changed replace words in tables so that IF THEN WHEN AND OR do not bold, THEN does not print on a new line. OR does not print at the left edge of the new line.
