a60badb58f Changed logic too support unlimited levels of alphabetical tabs. 
Save current changes to a step before doing a restore.
Only show expander if a step has children

f03ad38655 bug fix BB2012-189 – added logic for RNOWithAlt 
fixed width calculation
For the screen display, force the use of Letter Gothic Tall when Letter Gothic is set.   Some of the Letter Gothic characters have a different width whereas Letter Gothic Tall characters have a consistent width.

6029f6dd8b - Removed Debug 
- Don't resize grid when initializing
- Use LoadGrid which adjusts the Grid Font
