0eda70c1c8 Added TurnOffReplaceWords format flag 
Added space after UnderlineOn command when converting.  Fixed the conversion of Top Continue Message, when not defined in 16-bit, set to an empty string so that it is not inherited from the Base format
Added TurnOffReplaceWords flag
Don’t do ReplaceWords if TurnOffReplaceWords is set to true

9e35e1ec4b Added new SlashReplace format variable to control how Slashes are treated when the procedure number is converted to a pdf name. 
Changed formating of Cautions (Not Bold and Heading removed underline)
Corrected RO_Lookup logic for page Header.

37d067a74e Added table function to return a list of Content records that contain a specified string. 
Added stored procedure to standardize text (standard steps)
Lazy Load font value.
Return the correct EditItem when a step is deleted.
Update the StepTabRibbon EditItem when the StepPanel EditItem is changed
Get MyItemInfo if it is not set.
Added missing logic to MyEditItem.
